Orders and delivery
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in India.
How long does delivery take?
Orders usually reach you in 5 to 10 days. Shipping policy
Do you deliver outside India?
Not at the moment. We only deliver to addresses in India.
How do I track my order?
Enter your order number and email on the Track Order page, or message us on WhatsApp with your order number. Track your order
Can I order in bulk for an office or an event?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with the designs, sizes and quantities you need and we will get back to you.
Payment
How can I pay?
You pay securely through Razorpay with UPI, a debit or credit card, or net banking.
Is cash on delivery available?
Not at the moment. All orders are paid online at checkout.
Are taxes included in the price?
Yes. The price you see includes GST, and delivery is free, so there is nothing extra to pay.
Where do I enter a coupon code?
In your cart or at checkout, under “Have a coupon code?”.
Returns and damage
What if my frame arrives damaged?
We replace it. Send us a photo of the damage on WhatsApp or by email after delivery.
Can I return a frame?
Yes, within 2 days of delivery, as long as it is unused and in its original packing. Email support@dbrush.in first to get a return number, then send it back. We refund the full amount once we receive and check it. Return policy
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can’t be cancelled once payment is done, because we ship them right away.
Frames and sizes
What are the frames made of?
The artwork is printed on 300gsm paper and framed with an MDF backing. Some designs also let you choose with or without glass.
Do the frames come ready to hang?
Yes. Every frame comes fully assembled with hanging hardware fitted on the back.
Which size should I choose?
Each product page lists its sizes, and the size guide there shows them in inches and centimetres. If you are unsure, send us a photo of your wall on WhatsApp.
Can I buy DBrush frames on Amazon or Flipkart?
Yes, DBrush has stores on both. Ordering here gets you free delivery and support straight from us.
